The happy hardcore went out of their heads and danced their nutty dances quite a bit. We had a good time. There were pretty girls, drunk obnoxious people on bicycles, enthusiastically crazy announcers and people stayed till the end of the show in spite of the rains…
It was a good day for rock ‘n roll! :-)

Sunday Sept 12th –  Albert Cuypstraat in Amsterdam – Nazomerfestival De Pijp – 19.00 to 20.00 hours
The last band of the festival will be us, The Rodberries. We will be taking things up a notch- we don’t plan on bidding anyone a quiet night! 
During our last show in Amsterdam, at the Giromania-festival in May earlier this year, we were brutally interrupted by a woman who could scream her sincere profanity even louder than we could play. This time we are back to make sure that won’t happen again: if profanity is to be part of the show, it will damn right come from the stage! :-)
Be there, allow yourself to have a good time; this is bound to be a show you won’t forget easily!

    This year is going to be an extra rocking festival. More rocking than ever before: closing band The Rodberries will take the stage between 19.00 to 20.00 hours to shake up the neighborhood with their catchy high-energy indie-rock. The house will be brought down. Ovations shall be standing.
    Their self-penned playlist will include infectious soon-to-become-classics as ‘Testosterone’ to ‘I Like Myself Better When I’m With You’ and ‘I Remember It Smaller’.
    Be there to see bandmembers Hilmar Leujes, Ian Rijksen and Andrew Vroomans transform De Pijp into Rodberry Fields! Oh yeah! Come check out The Rodberries!
